BARQY POS provides non-exclusive, non-transferable annual desktop software licenses. Public downloads of the setup binary are free for testing. Paid license keys activate full commercial billing counter functionality for the selected Edition and Version.
Because BARQY POS offers a 100% free public download allowing full evaluation prior to purchase, refunds after license key activation are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
BARQY POS runs locally on your Windows hardware. You are responsible for keeping regular local database backups. BARQY POS shall not be liable for hardware failures or data loss caused by unauthorized PC tampering.
